Chef Denise Perry at the LLCC Culinary Institute has created a wonderful four-course menu for our Spring Dinner at Bistro Verde!  Many ingredients will be sourced locally.  In addition to enjoying this wonderful meal, we’ll have a behind-the-scenes tour of the Culinary Institute.  Don’t miss this opportunity!  That’s Friday, March 22, at 6:00 p.m. at Lincoln Land Community College.

The event is located at the LLCC ulinary Institute Bistro Verde in the Workforce careers Center (see map below-lower right).

 

Here’s the menu:

Prosecco with hors d’oeuvres

Charcuterie plate or Roasted vegetable terrine

Spring vegetable salad

Ricotta gnocchi, beef ragout, gremolata or Truffled whole wheat tagliatelle with melted onions and sautéed Bloomsdale spinach

Oeufs à la neige
Please note the vegetarian choices for the first and main courses.

The cost of the dinner with three wine pairings is $59.  If you plan to enjoy wine with your meal, please order the wine pairings when you make your reservation; wine will not be sold by the glass at the dinner.  You must order the wine pairings when you make your reservation.  You will not be able to add the wine pairings at the dinner.
Dinner without wine is $45.
Prices include tax and gratuity.
