Black Oak Woods Special Event

Join us for a special event at Black Oak Woods. We’re offering two sessions on March 13th, 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm, with a maximum of 5 guests per session to maintain safety and adhere to social distancing protocols. Cost will be $30 per participant and this includes mushroom education, inoculation demonstration, a short walking tour of Black Oak Woods, and 20″ shiitake log to take home. Logs will be ready to bear fruit around late May and will produce for 3-4 years total.
Special Notes:
- All participants are required to properly wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
- Dress appropriately for the weather and wear appropriate shoes for a trek around the farm.
- Participants will be notified via email and text in the event of event cancellation due to issues related to coronavirus.
