It’s time again for the Slow Food Springfield Morel Mushroom Dinner & Silent Auction. Doors open at 5:45pm, dinner is served at 6:45pm. This four course dinner will be hosted in the banquet area on the second floor at Maldaner’s Restaurant on 6th Street in downtown Springfield followed by a Q & A session with Chef Michael Higgins. We plan to have open seating, so there is no need to reserve a table.
A portion of the dinner cost and funds from the silent auction go to support Slow Food Springfield. The success of this event makes it possible to carry out our educational and community activities during the year.
Prepayment required. Ticketing available online only. Seating is limited to 60 people per dinner. Meat and vegetarian option available. Sorry, we cannot further accommodate dietary restrictions.
